Silence isn’t always golden. If you’ve ever felt pressured to conform, ignored when you raised concerns, or punished for setting healthy boundaries—this book will help you stand your ground with confidence, trust your own judgment and stop gaslighting yourself.

Exploring manipulation, communication & power dynamics
Currently writing a book on whistleblowing & studying a master’s in Transactional Analysis
From sandwich board walking across the UK on social media to launching a podcast, That Nurse Who Asks Questions has always been about critical thinking, open discussion, and challenging narratives. After taking a break due to ill health and processing the events of 2020, the podcast is now relaunching with a fresh focus.
This time, I’ll be sharing my media reactions—breaking down TV, films, and news stories to help listeners spot manipulation tactics and understand how narratives shape public perception. With Transactional Analysis as the foundation, we’ll explore the psychology behind persuasion, groupthink, and emotional influence.
I’m also keen to have guests who challenge my views, demonstrating that disagreements don’t have to result in insults. Conversations—where we question ideas, listen to different perspectives, challenge beliefs and bias and engage respectfully—this I would LOVE to do along the way.
🎙 If you can’t question it, question that.
“Jenna, you are incredibly brave, you helped so many to realise they weren’t alone, at great physical and mental cost to you. A true hero.”
